What sounds gross... is actually healthy!

Keeping your hair healthy and hydrated is very important. Alot of times, shampooing your hair can cause your hair to become dry and dehydrated, the exact opposite of what you want. Although it sounds gross, YOU DON'T NEED TO WASH YOUR HAIR EVERY DAY. Try washing it every other day instead. But wait; this doesn't mean avoid taking a shower every day! Yes, you want to keep your body healthy and clean as well by showering. So, instead, hop in the shower, clean yourself, and just rinse your hair with the water but DONT SHAMPOO it. Trust me, your hair will be more hydrated than ever in no time at all!
